Lopez has been a competitive athlete in soccer, cross country, track
and field, and cycling. She has helped both adults and kids in the
health and sports industry for over 17 years. She is a nationally
certified Personal Trainer, Life Coach and USA Cycling Coach. Alisha has received additional training and
certifications in Spinning,Yoga, Resist-a-Ball, Mat Pilates, Pilates,
Bosu
Training, Power Flex, Kettlebell Training.

Hilda Pastoriza
Fitness Instructor and Program Nutritionist
Hilda is a Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor and is a Food and Nutrition Coach. She is also certified in Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer and has training in Martial Arts, Kids Fitness and Cycling.
Hilda’s love and passion for fitness and nutrition has inspired her to
further her education by studying Health & Wellness. In 2012 she will
earn her Bachelors degree
in Science. Over the years, Hilda has
worked with adults; adolescents, children, seniors and disabled adults
in helping them all achieve their journey of becoming fit and healthy.
Hilda’s intentions are to exceed the client’s personal goals and desires by utilizing the foundations of
exercise physiology
through her background in fitness. Her goal is to educate those who
are eager and willing to change their lifestyle by first telling them
that change must come from within. Her enthusiasm has allowed her to
change lives by helping them successfully loose weight and change
their overall lifestyle.
